I’m excited to be taking part for the first time in the Eastside Culture Crawl, and would like to invite you to come visit me at my new studio location at Studio 580 (580 Clark Drive)!
Since moving into my studio this past summer I’ve been working hard — this new studio setting has been inspiring, and especially with the CultureCrawl on my horizon it has pushed me to be very productive and make a lot of new work.  I’ve been continuing with my ongoing series of food paintings, experimenting with new subjects and materials within that body of work.  I’ve also been further exploring my Townsfolk characters in oil paint, which has been very rewarding as I continue to discover how best depict these creatures in paint.
I hope you’ll be able to drop by during the Culture Crawl (November 14th-17th) and see what I’ve been working on.  Studio 580 will be open 5-10pm Thursday & Friday, and 11am-6pm Saturday & Sunday.  I’ll be there most of the time during the Crawl, but if you’re planning to come by at a specific time please let me know, and I’ll make sure I’m there to see you!  If you can’t make it to the Culture Crawl but would like to come by another time, drop me a line and we can set up an appointment for a studio visit.
